The RL1812A varistor chip series produced by Ruilongyuan Electronics is a semiconductor voltage-limiting surge device made of zinc monoxide as raw material at high temperature. It is widely used for its excellent nonlinear characteristics and strong surge absorption capacity. Overvoltage protection in electronic circuits, package: 1812, voltage range: 21 ~ 510V, can withstand 0.5 ~ 0.8kA surge energy.
