The RL3220A varistor chip series produced by Ruilongyuan Electronics is a semiconductor voltage-limiting surge device made of zinc monoxide as raw material at high temperature. Overvoltage protection in electronic circuits, package: 3220, voltage range: 35 ~ 520V, can withstand surge energy of 0.8 ~ 1.5kA.
