 At present, Ruilongyuan Electronics has a daily shipment volume of 100 batches, about 300k. Domestic shipments are made on the same day. Overseas shipments are prepared more than one day in advance. After the goods are prepared, the packing information will be reflected to the business, and the business will be notified for delivery. .

In terms of the number of people in the warehouse, there are a total of 9 people. In addition to Xia, there are 1 team leader, 2 receivers, 1 raw material, 2 finished products, and 2 finished product inspection and packaging personnel. They are sufficient for the current stage. With the further development of the company and the expansion of business volume in the future, the scale and number of warehouses will be increased accordingly.

Ruilongyuan Electronics adopts the advanced Kingdee K3 system, the warehouse can enter and update data in real time, and all other employees can enjoy the data at any time. In addition, there are tools such as internal phone calls and corporate mailboxes to ensure everyone’s communication and make the warehouse and the company run more smoothly and efficiently. .

"The company's warehouses are generally operating well, and there are very few cases of delayed communication, missed delivery, and misdelivery. However, further improvements are still needed to minimize errors in work. In addition, because young people can't stand loneliness, they frequently change jobs. , Resulting in more new employees in the warehouse, we need to spend time and energy to train them, and at the same time we need to give them some patience to learn and grow." Director Xia said.

Director Xia said earnestly.

Because the warehouse ships frequently in batches, a strict and complete work process must be established.

Every sample that is sent out and put into the warehouse must be confirmed by quality and engineering inspections. The slightest confusion may lead to quality and efficiency problems, which will ultimately affect the user experience and reputation.

With regard to the 6s of warehouse reorganization, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, safety, and quality, Director Xia also repeatedly emphasized to employees that if new employees are not aware, old employees will become paralyzed and lazy, but no matter what, the 6s of the warehouse must be strictly implemented.
