As one of the production supervisors of Ruilongyuan Electronics, how did Peng Yanglei apply his many years of relevant experience, conform to the current development trend of the times, and lead the production team to create good results in product quality and output?

When it comes to production supervisors, everyone's first thought is-should be a middle-aged uncle. In fact, most traditional manufacturing companies do.


But Director Peng is a 28-year-old young man, which actually reflects Ruilongyuan's idea of "electing talents without sticking to one pattern" and looking for talents.


Although Director Peng is young, he has not forgotten his original aspirations since graduation, and has been unswervingly engaged in the related work of electronic processing and assembly production management. Now he has seven years of experience, especially for many years in Foxconn working on Apple (iPhone) mobile phones. The related work of production management allowed him to accumulate a wealth of experience.


When asked by the author how to go down the road of production and take up the position of supervisor at such a young age, Director Peng said, "There are three main minds: confidence, care, and responsibility. You must have a share in dealing with everything and work challenges. 'Self-confidence', we must maintain a'careful' and'responsibility' in the face of abnormal work and employee abnormalities. And the sense of responsibility, like our shoulders, is used to assume responsibility, not to shirk. "


Use standardized and standardized thinking to do a good job in production management, so that the factory's production level can be raised to a higher level


At present, Director Peng is mainly responsible for four large areas: cleaning workshop, dust-free workshop, sealing workshop, and burn-in workshop; the main technological processes involved include: product cleaning, product assembly, product sealing, product burn-in, etc.


There are two main aspects of production management. One is the management of the production itself, and the other is the handling of employee relations. Only when both aspects are well grasped can we truly grasp the production level of the factory and bring it to a new level. Director Peng is here. There is a deep experience of being able to land in both aspects.


"Currently, the production situation in each workshop is very stable, and the quality and output of the products are steadily improving. But it should be noted that we need to have an international standard and standard operating process like Foxconn. This is not formed overnight. A process is needed, and I will focus on guiding everyone to improve in this aspect in the future."


When talking about how to deal with employee relations so that everyone can work happily and positively, Director Peng said sincerely:


"The staff and me are actually brothers and sisters. I am very kind and caring for everyone. But sometimes it is necessary to be official, so it is necessary to set an example to establish appeal and prestige, so that everyone can convince you and follow you; sometimes it is also It is necessary to clarify the pros and cons of the matter, otherwise it will make everyone feel repulsive, and then the work will be difficult to handle."


The company's growth is inseparable from employees, but mechanized and automated production is also imperative


Now the company is receiving more and more orders, and the requirements for product quality are getting higher and higher. This is an excellent signal, indicating that the company is developing in a higher and stronger direction from domestic to international first-class enterprise. "The large-scale implementation of mechanized automation is bound to reduce labor. How to handle the relationship between mechanized automation and the number of grassroots employees seems to be a paradox.
