The 53D varistor large current series produced by Ruilongyuan Electronics is a semiconductor voltage-limiting surge device made of zinc monoxide as a raw material at high temperature. It is widely used for its excellent nonlinear characteristics and strong surge absorption capacity. Used in electronic circuits for overvoltage protection, voltage range: 240～1600V, can withstand 60～70kA surge energy.
