How to anti-static LED display? In the process of LED display production, storage, installation and use, it is very easy to generate static electricity, and the problem of static electricity cannot be ignored. How to prevent static electricity of LED display? The following is an introduction to the anti-static method of the LED display.

Grounding:

Grounding is to directly discharge static electricity to the ground through the wire connection. This is the most direct and effective anti-static measure. The conductor is usually grounded. We require manual tools to be grounded, with a grounded anti-static wristband, and work. The mesa is grounded, etc.

(1) During the production process, workers are required to wear a grounded electrostatic wristband. Especially during the cutting, plug-in, debugging and post-welding processes, and to monitor, the quality personnel must do a bracelet static test at least every two hours and make a test record.

(2) When soldering, the electric soldering iron should use anti-static low-voltage constant temperature soldering iron as much as possible, and maintain good grounding.

(3) In the assembly process, use a low-voltage DC electric screwdriver (commonly known as electric screwdriver) with a grounding wire as much as possible.

(4) Ensure the effective grounding of the production pull table, glue potting table, and aging rack.

(5) We require that the production environment be grounded with copper wires, such as floors, walls, and ceilings used in some occasions, all of which should use anti-static materials. Generally, even ordinary gypsum board and lime-painted walls are fine, but the use of plastic ceilings and ordinary or plastic wallpaper is prohibited.

Buried anti-static ground wire:

(1) Lightning rods of factory buildings are generally the same as building steel bars

The concrete is welded together and properly grounded. When a lightning strike occurs, the grounding point and even the ground of the entire building will become a discharge point for high-voltage and strong current. It is generally believed that a "step voltage" will be generated in the 20M range of the discharge ground point, that is, the ideal zero potential is no longer in this range. In addition, since the neutral line of the three-phase power supply cannot be absolutely balanced, unbalanced current will also be generated and flow into the grounding point of the neutral line. Therefore, the buried point of the anti-static grounding line should be 20 meters away from the building and equipment ground.

(2) Buried method: In order to ensure reliable grounding, at least three points should be grounded, that is, digging a pit of 1.5m or more every 5m, and punching an iron pipe or angle iron of 2m or more into the pit (that is, the angle iron is inserted into the ground for more than 2m) , Then use 3mm thick copper bar to weld these three places together, and use 16m2 insulated copper core wire to weld and lead into the room as the main line.

(3) Apply a proper amount of charcoal powder and industrial salt to the pit to increase the conductivity of the soil, and measure it with a grounding resistance tester after filling. The grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω, and the test should be done at least once a year.
